Sebastien Bourdais .. Family

Sebastien Olivier Bourdais was born February 28, 1979 in Le Mans , France.

His father Patrick, born September 16, 1954 in L\' Hermitage, France was also a racer. It was he that got Sebastien involved in racing. Sebastien spent a lot of time at the race tracks.

Patrick was an eight-time Le Mans participant and endurance specialist.He won the 1991 French Renault Clio Cup Championship. He has driven Dodge Viper Competition's, Porsche 911's and Panoz Elan's.

Sebastien married Claire Ragot May 2006. They met in 1999 in Le Mans, France, started dating in 2003. The couple lived in Tampa , Florida while Claire was studying at the South Florida University. They have a daughter , Emma Camille, who was born on the 2nd , December 2006.
Claire always goes to the races with Sebastien and Emma's grand parents take care of her.
